What do you offer?
-Imported products at wholesale and retail prices for the Gulf Coast area, professional consulting services, delivery, and customization.

Where is your storefront?
-Products can be seen by appointment at the Houston, TX warehouse, or via digital photography. We do not have a formal showroom at this time, only our offices in the Houston Design Center.

Can you help me figure out my project?
-Professional consulting services are available by phone, email, or in person, and you can visit us at our offices in the Houston Design Center as of January, 2023.

What areas do you service?
-We provide in-person services and deliveries along the Gulf Coast between Houston, TX and the Florida panhandle.

Do you offer trade incentives?
-We have discount programs for decorators, designers, and contractors.

Does anything go "On Sale?"
-We sometimes offer our products at highly discounted pre-order rates, to prevent warehouse overflow on arrival. We have incredible sources, so currently everything is sold well below the market rates and will only be marked up in future to meet demand.

What is your return policy?
-We offer complete store-credit refunds at any time for products which have not yet been picked up or delivered, for any reason. Products must be collected within 60 days. Products which have been purchased can be returned for store credit for up to 60 days, again for any reason. Customized or altered products may be subject to restocking fees.
